For 2 years I fought uninvited annoyances in my home. When I first called, I got an immediate response from a knowledgeable and friendly representative. Wait time was
not too bad, considering my location. The tech (Eric) was friendly, knowledgeable, polite, took away all of my
concerns, and answered all of my unrelated questions. He went above and beyond. Price is reasonable, considering
the drive time and one hour worth of work. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

A special thanks to West Pest Control (386-574-5214 ) for 7 years of wonderful service. When we first moved here, the prices for as Termite Inspection and a Termite Bond were outrageous. David Crocket found this company and we were the second resident to use them. It was a long way from their business in Deleon Springs, but they took a chance on Coastal Oaks and today they have over 100 customers here so Congrats to them....They deserve it. If any of you have not made a commitment to this important part of being a homeowner, I highly recommend their service and the price for their Termite Bond.
I'd like to give special notice to to Eric at West Pest control for stepping in and helping us to clean up quite a bit of water at home inspection today. Turns out that the washing machine line was on when the main water switch was flipped. He just openly volunteered to help.
He was almost complete with his termite inspection but took the time to assist us.

The folks at West Pest Control saved my bacon. They were the only company of the three I contacted, that had the
expertise to conduct a VA WDO termite inspection. Although the appointment was short notice, West Pest Control
bent over backwards to get me a next day appointment, while providing a thorough inspection report the same day
the inspection was conducted. The West Pest Control representative showed up on time, was thorough in his
inspection, professional in his appearance, and made sure I understood every aspect of the inspection process.
Should I need any type of Pest Control service, my choice is West Pest Control. There economical, professional and
there service is geared toward customer satisfaction.
